ZeroDoom · Digital Nutrition
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2026
ZeroDoom is designed to analyze only the browser content you explicitly choose, on your device, while keeping temporary frames and recognized text out of storage.
1. Scope and operator
This policy describes the ZeroDoom: Digital Nutrition Android application operated by Pooja Varshini. ZeroDoom is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Instagram or Meta.
2. How on-device analysis works
Analysis begins only when you tap Analyze. ZeroDoom temporarily captures the visible portion of its own in-app browser, downscales it in memory, runs on-device text recognition, derives count-based presentation signals, and calculates Digital Nutrition scores using local deterministic rules.
The temporary frame and complete recognized text are released after processing. They are not intentionally saved to files, the app database, preferences, logs, analytics, crash reports, or a cloud service.
3. Information stored locally
Depending on your settings, ZeroDoom may store on your device:
- onboarding and analysis-consent choices;
- interests and browsing intentions you explicitly select;
- daily analysis count, history settings, focus sessions, and mindful-break activity;
- score-only history such as a random analysis ID, time, domain, broad category, five scores, confidence levels, generated explanations, processing duration, scoring version, and optional feedback; and
- whether a valid beta-access code was redeemed on the device.
ZeroDoom does not intentionally store screenshots, full OCR text, captions, creator or Instagram usernames, passwords, form values, private messages, cookies, authentication tokens, video, audio, or facial data in its analysis history.
4. Third-party web content
Instagram and Meta pages are third-party web content displayed through Android System WebView. Those services may process browsing activity, login information, cookies, local storage, and account data under their own policies. ZeroDoom does not read or copy cookies, passwords, or authentication tokens into its analysis database.
Login, direct-message, payment, password, account-editing, and security-verification routes activate Privacy Pause. You can clear the WebView browser session from ZeroDoom Settings.
5. Purchases and service providers
Google Play Billing and RevenueCat process subscription purchases and entitlement status for ZeroDoom Pro. ZeroDoom does not send captured frames, full OCR text, or local analysis history to RevenueCat. Google and RevenueCat retain purchase information under their respective privacy policies and legal obligations.
6. Network use, diagnostics, and security
Internet access is used to load websites in the in-app browser and support optional purchases. ZeroDoom version 1.0 does not include an app analytics or crash-reporting service. Debug builds may log numeric performance timings and approximate temporary bitmap memory usage; release builds do not emit those debug logs. Android app backup is disabled to reduce exposure of local analysis history.
7. Retention and your controls
Score history defaults to 30 days. You can choose 7, 30, or 90 days, retain results until manual deletion, disable history, delete individual results, clear all analysis history, or clear browser data. Analysis still works when history is disabled.
Because ZeroDoom does not create a ZeroDoom account, there is no cloud account to delete. Local data can be removed through the app controls or by uninstalling the app. Purchase records are managed by Google Play and RevenueCat.
8. Children
ZeroDoom is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through ZeroDoom.
9. Estimates and sensitive information
Digital Nutrition scores are presentation-signal estimates and may be wrong. ZeroDoom does not determine objective truth and is not a medical or addiction-treatment service. Do not enter personal or sensitive information into feedback or public support requests.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will identify the current version. Material changes will be described in the app or its store listing when appropriate.
For privacy questions, contact the ZeroDoom developer at info@zerodoom.com. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, Instagram credentials, or other sensitive data.
